Meeting Notes

Stefanie gave a presentation about the tools she uses to measure frontend performance. She showed the performance tools built into Chrome as well as the React Dev Tools extension.

The Loase map and two other test maps are now available on mr.permaplant.net.

When writing the thesis, forward references indicate that the flow of your thesis is not yet good. Define terms before you use them. The absolute minimum is five citations in the field of computer science. They should be of high quality (e.g. from a peer-reviewed journal or conference). Remember that you can also find related papers by looking for papers that have cited a particular paper. For emphasis, use italics (LaTeX emph) rather than bold and be consistent. Newly introduced terms can be written in bold (by default in LaTeX definition or theorem).
