Next steps:

  1. Implement Triage Gem in CI/CD Pipeline
    • Set up the gem to run regularly (e.g., daily, hourly) to enforce existing and new triage rules.
  2. Implement Scripts for Capacity Planning
    • Develop scripts to assist with iteration planning based on historical velocity and working hours.
  3. Add New Triage Rules
    • Implement rules for:
      • Reminder bots for stale issues/MRs.
      • Validation of required labels.
  4. Develop Label Syncing Script
    • Probably high effort, may be dropped if not relevant.
    • Create a script to keep issue and MR labels in sync based on their states.

  • Liza wants to wait until the MR for the new labeling system is merged before we start using it. ​- The first step for PM automation should be installing the triage gem.
