- Introduction:
- make goal clear, which is answer the RQ. RQ is part of the introduction and should lead to the RQ, with the needed background to understand it, arguments to why it is important as well as context. Provides outline of the paper.
- explain contributions:
- answered RQ, did implementation, etc. is common
- quality papers can be good guidance on style, most importantly stay consistent
- related work:
- usually after the results, comparing approaches and results
- background:
- similar to related work, it's rather the starting ground
