    • Results:
      • The most prominent and recurring topic was the thesis, appearing across all categories and clearly representing an always present concern for many team members.
      • (Start) Several team members mentioned wanting to do reviews more regularly. Among other items were adoption of a more structured approach, allocating more time for programming tasks and taking the time for buddy/success partners talks.
      • (Stop) Team members would like to reduce unclarity and stop procrastinating on thesis-related work.
      • (Continue) The team wants to continue working on the thesis and completing open issues and merge requests.
