What is a Test Report?

A test report is the execution record of a test protocol, containing:

  • Report header with test metadata
  • Executed test cases with results
  • Error analysis and issue links
  • Closing remarks and assessment

Reports may execute a subset of available test cases but should document which tests were skipped.

Naming Convention

Report files must be named using the date format: YYMMDD.md

Examples: 250131.md, 241215.md
